Other options that don’t involve the internet
Once again “Old is gold” says King Midas. Businesses try to involve the internet in their everyday tasks, but they sometimes need to use an offline alternative, which is a physical conference/meeting. What is a conference? A conference is a formal meeting where several people discuss a particular topic. In a business case, participants or employees can discuss new opportunity or threats for the business. Also businesses can discuss a joint venture between them and other business, or introduce a new product, or introduce new procedures and so on. But why is a physical conference/meeting better than an online video conference/meeting? Well, legal documents can be signed in a physical conference/meeting but it can’t be signed while video conferencing, or it will not be accepted as legal.
Another difference is that businesses can conduct conferences/meetings physically even if the internet is down since they don’t need the internet to do so. This makes it more efficient than online video conference/meeting because businesses don’t need to pay for an ISP and they will not need to have a team of technicians.
